Peeling Back the Curtain of the SolarWinds Attack

Join us for an interactive discussion on the recent SolarWinds attack with our guest speaker Mor Levi, Vice President Security, from Cybereason. Mor will kick-off the discussion with a high-level review of the SolarWinds attack path, it’s sophistication, and challenges from both the detection and response perspective. From there we will open the discussion for you to bring your questions and thoughts on the attack and how to prepare better for the future.

Mor Levi has over 10 years of experience in cyber investigations, incident response, security research, and SIEM/SOC management. She began her career as a team leader in the Israeli Defense Force security operation center. Later, she led the incident response and forensics team at one of the big four accounting firms providing services to global organizations. As part of her various roles at Cybereason, Mor has led our security research group, as well as our global services organization which includes the Managed detection and response centers, Incident Response and Threat Research groups.

We are committed to the inclusion of women in cybersecurity careers via security skills training, EQ skills training for all levels, cyber career intelligence, networking, mentoring, and growing together. Three-fourths of companies surveyed by ISSA say they have a need for more cyber talent, meaning whether or not we fill these roles is a matter of national security. We must move the needle in the battle for #cybertalent. These are great careers for women and all!

We can’t wait to build a fantastic chapter with the women and allies of New England, Boston, New Hampshire, Delaware, Rhode Island, Maine, Vermont, together!
