    As a strategic partner we build your job description utilizing our common language job building platform, KnowMore™. We then discuss the salary and compensation needed to land the right hire, the hiring process at your company, and then your CyberSN Account Manager leads the charge to find the person you need. Your CyberSN Account Manager is your point person and will manage the entire process through to closing. This may include advice on offers, how to craft compensation packages, market intelligence about salaries and competitive offers, and hiring strategy information.

    • Guide you on the right offer to make or not make.

This allows our recruiting specialists to give your search the extra attention it needs to be successful.

    Our Engaged Staffing promises to deliver dedication and a virtual guarantee that you hire a qualified cyber professional in 39 days or less. Plus you pay a lower fee!

    Our fee is typically 25% of the candidates first year’s salary with an up-front payment (usually ranging between $5-15k), that is then applied to the total placement fee. This initial payment is non refundable. Volume discount conversations are welcome.

    Our resume service, Talent Scout, identifies information security professionals who are qualified and interested in your job. We vet them and sell them on your opportunity. Then we provide you with their resume, why they are qualified, why they are interested, and when they are available to speak with you. You send the calendar meeting invite and take it from there. One fee, upfront, with a money-back guarantee.

    The first step is a kick-off meeting to discuss your opening in detail. We review the function of the role, the must-haves, the nice-to-haves, and what makes a good culture fit. We then send you five resumes of cyber professionals who meet the criteria that we have agreed upon. You are then free to contact them directly and manage the rest of the process yourself.

    Call or schedule a time to speak. From there we will:

    • Discuss your specific job opening and give you a fee estimate.
    • Craft a job description that will attract qualified and interested professionals, especially passive ones.
    • Conduct an expansive search through all our channels, including our proprietary cybersecurity job platform, KnowMore.
    • Interview all potential candidates and qualify them for your job and your culture.
    • Provide their resume with all of our notes and their availability to interview.

    If we don't provide five qualified and interested candidates for your job in 45 days we will refund your money.

    The fee is non-refundable as long as we provide five qualified and interested candidates within 45 days. Our responsibility is to find the five cybersecurity professionals. It’s your responsibility to interview and close.

    We provide the professionals as we find them over a 30–45 day period. You should expect to receive the first candidates within two weeks of our kick-off meeting. We will deliver in under 45 days, but the majority of clients are serviced within three weeks.

    You will save time and money by outsourcing the search for qualified and interested professionals to us. You save ½ of what the cost would be to hire these professionals if we were to conduct an end-to-end search. You also will have much faster results because of our connections to the cybersecurity community. And remember, you can hire all five people that we present for the same one-time fee. You could pay ½ to fill the one position you’re looking for and end up saving even more should you hire any of the additional candidates we send.

    We understand that companies cannot always afford to hire us for a full search.     In our initial meeting we will discuss the structure of your team and organization as a whole, your growth and hiring goals, your budget and expectations, help you create job descriptions that will resonate with cybersecurity professionals, and schedule our final meeting.

    In our final meeting we will present and discuss our recommendations. You will be supplied a presentation document of our recommendations to take with you after the meeting to review with your team.

    Contract is when you need a cybersecurity professional for a specific period of time. SOW is typically when you need a team of cybersecurity professionals for a specific period of time or to complete a finite set of tasks and deliverables.

We then discuss the hourly rate needed to land the right contract worker, the hiring and onboarding process at your company, and then your CyberSN Account Manager leads the charge to find the person you need.
